Blind Fate · Exeter
A real person reads every one. Expect a reply within a day, usually sooner. Safety reports move faster than that: they follow our safeguarding policy's times, and urgent ones are acted on within 12 hours.
Do not email us and wait. For anything urgent but not an emergency, email with URGENT in the subject line.
Friday 11 September 2026, in Exeter.
Yes, and it stays free. There is no trial, no subscription and no card required. We make money from venues when a table gets booked, not from you.
You press one button. The app picks the person or people, picks the venue, and books the table for that same evening. You find out who they are when you sit down. There are three ways to use it: a blind date for two, a Double Fate for four where you bring a mate, or a table of six.
No. There are no profile photographs anywhere in the app. You cannot upload one and there is nothing to browse. You do have a profile with your first name, what you study, and the 18+ tick from the ID check, which is what the other person sees. Your age is never collected or shown.
Someone real. Everyone is age-checked and identity-verified before their first booking, and every date is at a public venue.
Report it in the app, or email us with URGENT in the subject. We take it seriously, we will act on it, and you will not be the one who has to explain yourself.
You can do it yourself in the app: Settings, then delete my account. If you would rather we did it, or you cannot get into the app, email us and we will. How deletion works sets out the steps and exactly what goes and what stays; the privacy policy covers what we hold, which is less than you might expect.
Not yet. Exeter first, because a matching app only works where enough people are using it. Other cities follow.
