What it actually is. A student presses one button and the app books them a table at your place that day, with someone they have never seen. No photos, no swiping, no three weeks of texting. Free for them, always.

Three kinds of table. Fate is two people. Double Fate is four: two friends and two strangers, a double date. Fate Mates is six, and nothing romantic about it, for people who just want to meet people.

Your side of it is small. Each table comes through as a message with the time and a first name. The student asks for the table. That is the whole job.

Why you might sign up

Nothing up front. No subscription, no listing fee, and no commission on what they spend. The pricing is simple, and I'll talk you through it in person.
However many tables you want, whenever you want. One a week. None in the holidays. Switch us off for a fortnight if you're slammed: it's a button, it's instant, and I'm never going to ring you asking why.
They come back on their own. A first date that goes well turns into a second, and people go back to where the first one was. A fresher in September is in Exeter for three years.
Everyone is 18 or over and ID-checked before they can book anything, by an independent verification company. You never see the ID and never need to.
